These units are supplied with IBR-pitched roofs. A Dura Hut consists of a single skin Fibre-cement wall panel fitted on to a sturdy steel frame. Standard huts will be supplied with at least one door and with either one, two or three glazed windows. Erected units are supplied with cement floors and are painted on the outside with a high quality, washable acrylic PVA.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

SABS approved Fibre-cement panels (formerly known as asbestos) are used for all exterior walls. Fibre-cement panels do not contain asbestos, and will not deteriorate like other wood or board products. These products can withstand all weather conditions, and are fire and termite resistant.

Framework
Wall panels are fitted onto a sturdy steel frame construction.
Roofing
All our units are supplied with galvanised pitched steel roofs. Flat roofs are available on request
Windows
Only steel window frames, with the option of burglar bars, are being used. Erected units are supplied with glazed windows.
Doors
An attractive Fibre-cement door with a two-lever lock is supplied with each unit. Meranti doors available on request.

25mm insulated laminated ceilings with an attractive vinyl finish maintenance free.
Electrical fittings:
A variety of electrical components can be supplied with any of our erected units.
